STOCK INVENTORY POLICY:  Ms Lola strives to give excellent customer service, so when you’re not satisfied with a new stock purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund ( a restocking fee may apply). Stock inventory cannot have been altered in any way and returned in the original packaging. Please call me at 252-339-8802 for a return authorization before returning a stock order.

CUSTOM ORDERS POLICY: Terms for Custom Wigs and Hair Unit Orders are binding without exception. If you do not agree to the conditions, please do not order for Ms Lola’s Wig Salon.

CUSTOM WIGS AND HAIR UNITS are either made by Ms Lola or her collaborated factory in China depending on the complexity of the unit’s design. Each order is made with a customer’s personal specifications that cater to individual requirements; therefore custom orders are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

PRODUCTION TIMES:  Standard production time for orders made at the factory is 2-3 months but can take longer because of yearly Chinese holidays in February and October. Also, because of various situations that can occur abroad, orders can experience moderate to significant delays. If you cannot accept possible delays, please do not order from Ms Lola’s Wig Salon.

EXCEPTION TO MY POLICY:  If a hair unit or wig is made incorrectly because of an error on my part, I will remake it at no charge after the previous order is returned to me. The same production timeframe and disclaimer applies.

IF I AUTHORIZE A RETURN, ship the unit back to me unaltered and in the original packaging. If the lace of the unit has been cut or there is adhesive on the lace, the unit will be returned to sender and the return will be void.

PARTIAL PAYMENTS: If you’ve chosen to make two payments for your order, the remaining balance is due no later than 2 weeks after the final invoice is sent from PayPal. If the final payment is not received after 4 weeks from the final invoice, the first payment will be forfeit and non-refundable. If there are extenuating circumstances that will delay the final payment, please call me and request more time. Unless I hear from you before the 4 week deadline, the forfeiture will be final and non-negotiable.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR CUSTOM ORDERS under any circumstances, only remakes when applicable. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not purchase a custom wig or hair unit from Ms Lola’s Wig Salon.
